Tight CBD footprint with limited laydown, low clearances and live pedestrian interfaces
Long‑reach lifts for heavy rooftop plant over a protected heritage frontage
Strict council traffic conditions and wind‑exposed work at height

Our approach

Developed a staged cranage plan with detailed lift studies, ground bearing calculations and pre‑lift strategies for each phase
Coordinated traffic management and night works permits with Council to minimise disruption on arterial routes
Sequenced structural, precast and MEP lifts to compress programme and reduce double handling
Implemented comprehensive WHS: SWMS for every lift, daily pre‑starts, exclusion zones, wind monitoring and third‑party engineering review

Execution highlights

Rooftop plant: Used our 250 tonne all terrain crane with luffing fly to place an 18‑tonne chiller at a 65 metre radius, clearing the heritage façade without dismantling temporary works
